Update for the Light version of the CS Realism Update mod.
fixed p99 laser sight missing
fixed ump45 reload sequence (as far as possible)
fixed /kill or when fell to death was shown as headshot
fixed death by grenade icon to match 4.1 grenade model
fixed usp buying and shooting .45 acp mm instead of 9mm
fixed pistols and submachineguns always buying 9mm ammo
fixed p228 wrong ammo type, now back to .357
fixed ugly arms on xm1014 auto shotgun (martin)
