В общем: Мод является косметическим, переработаны и добавлены многие эффекты игры, произведен ретекстур стволов, а так же редактирования старых моделей стволов. Гранаты стали по словам автора, более опаснее. Так же были добавлены две новые музыкальные композиции.
Установка:
Скачать, распаковать содержимое архиву в папку с игрой, запустить игру и снизу выбрать "Pipboy 2.1", нажать "Играть".
