Some of the key features include:
* AI Optimizations - Hiver turn processing much faster on low-end machines
* Command point bonus in combat bug fixed - players were getting less ships than they should, but players with the same number of ships got the same bonus (very rare bug)
* Players can now properly join multiplayer through command line for use with Xfire
* Corrections and improvements to auto resolved combat, particularly for certain random encounters and a few overlooked weapons
