Character: The Host
This mod adds a playable character to your game called "The Host". The Host is a character based off the enemy "Host" which has similar abilities to this character.
Items
When this character is chosen the player will spawn in with 2 items. The first is The inner eye, which allows the player to shoot 3 tears at oncet the cost of some firing rate. The second is the Retract/Expand item, which gives the player a new ability described below.
Ability
When you use your spacebar item you will turn invincible for about 2 seconds. However, you cannot shoot nor walk while this effect is active so use it wisely! This allows for some cool tricks like sliding yourself into curse rooms for free, reaching items blocked by spikes or getting you out of sticky situations!
