HIALGOBOOST GPU UPGRADE v2_3c.
Повышение производительность игры за счёт динамического снижения количества отображаемых пикселей в определённые моменты времени. Устраняет падение FPS при поворотах камеры.

(*) Just copy all the files into the game folder!
1. Locate the folder containing executable for Skyrim, SkyrimLauncher.exe
Typical path looks like this:
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\
or this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\
2. Copy all unzipped files into this folder (SkyrimLauncher.exe and these files
should be together in the same folder):
=== HOW TO TUNE UP ===
Go to My Documents\My Games\Skyrim, open SkyrimPrefs.ini.
1. Mouse acceleration in Skyrim MUST be turned off, for smoother play:
Under section [Controls], make sure there is a line
bMouseAcceleration=0
(edit existing line or add it if bMouseAcceleration is missing).
2. Done!

1. In enblocal.ini set EnableFPSLimit = false
2. You may also need to set ShadowQualityFix=false
